At Kraftspire, we value transparency and fairness. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations are handled for purchases made through kraftspire.com.
1. Order Cancellations (Products)
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must instead follow our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable).

2. Digital Products & Downloads
- All digital products, downloads, or instant-access content are non-cancelable and non-refundable once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
3. Services & Subscriptions (If Applicable)
- Service-based orders or subscriptions may be canceled before work has begun.
- If work has already started, cancellations may result in a partial refund or no refund, depending on the progress completed.
- Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided unless required by law.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
5. Exceptions
Kraftspire reserves the right to refuse cancellations in cases of:
- Abuse of the cancellation system
- Fraud or suspicious activity
- Violation of our Terms of Service
