At Kraftspire, we value transparency and fairness. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations are handled for purchases made through kraftspire.com.


1. Order Cancellations (Products)

  1. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
  2. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must instead follow our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable).

2. Digital Products & Downloads

  1. All digital products, downloads, or instant-access content are non-cancelable and non-refundable once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

3. Services & Subscriptions (If Applicable)

  1. Service-based orders or subscriptions may be canceled before work has begun.
  2. If work has already started, cancellations may result in a partial refund or no refund, depending on the progress completed.
  3. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided unless required by law.

4. Refund Processing

  1. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  2. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exceptions

Kraftspire reserves the right to refuse cancellations in cases of:

  1. Abuse of the cancellation system
  2. Fraud or suspicious activity
  3. Violation of our Terms of Service
